The front end of the scrap cleaner is equipped with a medium-pressure fan to achieve the effect of scrap removal, at the same time, the cardboard can be conveyed smoothly with a conveyor belt.
The scrap cleaning mechanism is composed of a double-oscillating scrap cleaning machine structure. Each oscillating scrap cleaning structure is driven by an independent motor. The better effect of scrap cleaning can be achieved through different frequency jitter.
The jitter belt adopts imported cylindrical high elasticity belt, which is not easy to ageing, and it is not easy to damage cardboard under high-speed jitter.
The cylindrical belt shaft with semi-circular groove can adjust the belt position at will to meet the production needs of various special-shaped cardboard, and realize the cardboard shunting of one opening, two opening and three opening.
The back end of the scrap cleaner is equipped with an axial flow fan and a brush device, so that the shaking waste paper falls from the cardboard to achieve the best effect of scrap cleaning. A flat belt is arranged on both sides of the lower part of the waste cleaning section and a waste paper guide board is arranged at the back end of the waste cleaning section, which is convenient for the complete output of waste paper with the waste paper output belt and saves the work of waste paper cleaning.
All motors of the scrap cleaner are controlled by independent buttons, which can be operated independently according to production requirements.
