Zirconia-Yttria nanopowders application:
1.Used in functional ceramics, structural ceramics, especially in
electronic ceramics, biological ceramics (such as: denture).
2.Used in Piezoelectric element and oxygen
sensitive resistor, high-capacity capacitor, solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) and
oxygen sensor.
3.Zirconia-Yttria nanopowders used in artificial gem materials, grinding
materials.
4.The intensity of toughness increase
obviously for the products which made of the nano zirconia ceramic, better
surface finish, ceramic density and fastness.
5.Yttrium stabilized Zirconia has strong
thermal shock resistance, high temperature resistance, good chemical stability,
outstanding material compound, etc. The yttrium stabilized zirconia (Al2O3,
SiO2) composite with other materials, can greatly improve the performance of
material parameters, and improve the fracture toughness, flexural strength,
etc. Therefore, Nanometer zirconium dioxide can not only applied in the field
of structural ceramics and functional ceramics, but also applied to improve the
surface properties of metallic materials (thermal conductivity, thermal shock
